PVC environmental protection composite stabilizer is mainly used in PVC and other chlorine-containing polymers,is a polymer material processing process,especially PVC(polyvinyl chloride)and its copolymer processing process essential additives.
The following to introduce PVC environmental protection compound stabilizer must have the following conditions:
①Can replace the active atoms in the polymer chain(such as the chlorine atom in the allyl position of PVC)to obtain a more stable chemical bond and reduce the possibility of triggering dehydrochlorination reaction;Control its autocatalytic action;
(2)It can rapidly bind to the detached hydrogen chloride and inhibit its autocatalytic action;
(3)By addition reaction with unsaturated and bond existing in polymer materials to generate saturated polymer chain,to improve the thermal stability;
④can inhibit the oxidation and crosslinking of polyalkene structure;
(5)have affinity for polymeric materials,and is or low toxicity;
Not with the existing additives in the polymer material,such as plasticizer,filler and pigment,etc.
